Maintain files/ filling.
Records documents to the system
Follow up Accounts Receivable
Keep information about daily activities
Audit daily transactions
Assist in payroll preparation
Perform duties as assign
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Checks sales quotations and ensure that projects cover indirect costs.
Ensures that project costs are within the budget and that each project is profitable.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Prepare costing / pricing of products.
Prepare financial studies to ensure feasibility of a project.
Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accountancy or related field
0 to 2 years experience working in Finance/ Accounting Department
Proven knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in the preparation of final financial statement
